Cayoo: clinical content and communication in one system

Cayoo is my professional work: an AI-supported platform for clinics that brings clinical content and the communication around it into a single system.

Hospitals run on documents — standards, guidelines, literature, device instructions. Most of it lives scattered across email threads, shared drives and folders nobody quite trusts to be current, and the cost of that shows up as outdated information reaching the bedside. Cayoo replaces it with content that is centrally maintained, versioned and clearly assigned, with binding read confirmations so it is provable that the right people saw the current version.

Four modules sit on that foundation. Content Management covers creating, approving and versioning clinical content in the system itself, with flowcharts for clinical processes and QR-code access where the work actually happens. Communication ties internal messages directly to the content they are about — targeted news, expiry dates, role-based dashboards — instead of another parallel inbox. Training Documentation keeps medical-device training audit-proof, from the manufacturer briefing through recurring in-house sessions, with digital device passports and defined authorisation roles. Monitoring & Analytics adds surveys, usage statistics and benchmarking, so a clinic can see what is being read, what has gone stale, and where the gaps are.

AI runs through all of it: structuring and standardising information as it comes in, and answering questions in an integrated chat against validated internal content rather than the open web. It is a web application with mobile clients, built for people who are on a ward rather than at a desk.
