SANA-WM: running a video world-model on a home RTX 5090

SANA-WM is the most experimental thing I'm running right now: NVIDIA's video world-model, from scratch, on a single home RTX 5090.

It's a from-scratch experiment in generative video — getting the model serving, wiring up a dashboard to drive it, and finding out exactly where one consumer GPU starts to sweat. Equal parts “does this even run at home” and “okay, what can it actually do.”
